CoinGecko released a new report that revealed the top places in the world to be interested in , the upcoming Ethereum Merge.
According to the data, Singapore was found to be the most interested country by a wide margin. Singapore’s score of 377 is almost 100 points higher than Canada and Switzerland, who tied for second at 286. The remaining five top spots were filled by the United States, Germany, and the Netherlands.
Scores were calculated by analyzing the frequency of ten search words and then combining them for the overall ranking. These terms included, among others, “Ethereum Merge”, “ETH Merge” or “Ethereum poW”.
Some terms, such as “ETH Classic”, “Ethereum Merge” and “Ethereum”, had special potency in Singapore. Users searched for “ETH” in Switzerland more than any other country.
